This year, for the first time, we organized Easter workshops during which we created together beautiful Easter eggs: pisanki and kraszanki.

Everyone, big and small, rolled up their sleeves and got to work briskly.

We learned how to color eggs with poured beeswax, scratching and inventive cheerful compositions which the children took care of.

Workshop participants from Russia and Finland shared their ideas and methods of decorating Easter eggs with us. We could also learn a lot from them!

The outcomes were really amazing! Children also plant watercress in white eggshells, which they happily took home with them.

Participation in the workshops was free of charge and all materials used during the workshops were purchased by SPPF thanks to the financial support of the city of Oulu for cultural events which our Associations received.
