Why is it worth becoming a member of the Association?
Association of Poles in Northern Finland is a new and active organization in Northern Finland, operating mainly in the area of Oulu, by organizing meetings, trips, events and other activities. As a goal it has integration, support and promotion of the Polish community.
At our meetings you can meet new friends, share your problems and get a lot of useful information (where, what and how) from people who have been living here for many years and are always happy to welcome new people and their families. Life in exile, far from Polish family and friends, is a challenge for many of us. The Association of Poles in Northern Finland is a group of friendly and energetic people, where you and your loved ones can find a piece of Polishness in this beautiful part of Finland!
Membership in Association of Poles in Northern Finland provides regular access to information about current events organized by the Association. Many initiatives are related to costs and contributions, for example, cooking together, trips, theme meetings (such as St. Nicholas’ Day or a movie events). Members of the Association can count on participation in these events free of charge or at a discount! Membership fees enable the Association to operate dynamically and organize events, which is why financial support is so important to us.
How to join the Association?
If you are interested in joining the Association of Poles in Northern Finland, please complete the Registration Form. After accepting a new member by the Board, within 21 days, we ask you to pay the Membership Fee to the account of the Association.
All persons interested in joining the Association are required to read and accept the Regulations of the Association.
Membership Fees
The membership fee for a calendar year (January 1 to December 31 of each year) is:
- 25 Euro for an individual person
- 40 Euro for a Family (max 2 adults and their children)
The membership fee should be sent to the account of the Association with the annotation of the membership number (as a reference number) given to the applicant in the email confirming membership.
