📍 Kumppanuuskeskus, Kansankatu 53, Oulu

For the fifth time, we invite you to the General Assembly of the Association of Poles in Northern Finland, which will take place in April 2026 (exact date to be announced) at Kumppanuuskeskus (Kansankatu 53, 90100 Oulu), in the “Asema” conference room on the second floor, next to the SPPF office. The building is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Hybrid format

The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, allowing participation online via Google Meet. The link will be shared with members of the Association and with individuals who express interest in attending.

Activity summary

During the meeting, we will present the financial report for 2025 and summarize the Association’s activities from the past year. We will also approve the budget for 2026 and discuss the calendar of upcoming events.

During the meeting, a new Board for the upcoming term will be elected. Only members of the Association will have voting rights, but non-members are also welcome to attend.


To celebrate Children’s Day, we invite children to a full-day trip to Ranua Zoo on June 1, 2026.

The trip will include a small group of 10 children and 2 supervisors, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and friendly atmosphere for exploring the world of animals together.

The aim of the trip is not only to spend a joyful day but also to develop children’s curiosity about nature through direct contact with animals and the natural environment.

  • 🎟️ zoo entrance tickets
  • 🍽️ lunch for participants

👉 Participation is completely free of charge.

🇵🇱 The trip will be conducted in Polish and is designed to support and develop children’s Polish language skills through simple, engaging activities and games.

During the trip, children will take part in educational tasks related to animals and their habitats, adapted to their age.

At the end of the day, there will be time for free play at the playground, allowing children to relax, have fun, and socialize.

The trip has an educational and integrative character, combining learning, fun, and contact with nature in an engaging way.

⚠️ Limited number of places – participation is determined by order of registration.


Consular office hours in Oulu

We are collecting a list of people interested in consular services in Oulu.

All persons who would like to obtain a passport or need other consular services, please contact us and provide brief information about the nature of the case, e.g. „new passport”.

The next consular visit is planned for autumn 2026.
