Two autumn evenings spent in the cozy Valve Cinema in Oulu were filled with the Polish language thanks to the films Let there be no trace (directed by Jan P. Matuszyński) and Mr. Jones by Agnieszka Holland.
The specifically intimate atmosphere of this small cinema, as well as pleasant discussions after their end over a beer, have become a great opportunity to wrap yourself in Polish culture on those dark autumn evenings.
We hope that also next year we will be able to organize the Polish Film Week in Oulu in cooperation with Suomi-Puola Yhdistysten Liitto Ry and it will become a cyclical event in the Association’s calendar.
