As in previous years, there were plenty of helpful hands, both big and small ones! Our kitchen at Kumppanuuskeskus was constantly full. There was a station for kneading dough, rolling and folding faworki, making donuts, frying donuts and faworki, stuffing donuts with jams or nutella, icing, and sugaring… There was a lot of work, but our wonderful SPPF volunteers did an amazing job!

This year, there were many people willing to taste our delicacies! Over 50 people visited our event and, in addition to the Polish community, there were also people from many different countries around the world.

Thanks to the financial support of the city of Oulu, this event was free and open to everyone.

Next year there will be another Fat Thursday organized by SPPF!
