Yes, for the fifth time, volunteers from the Polish Association in Northern Finland proudly represented Poland and its culinary traditions at the extremely popular event in Oulu – the Colorful Restaurant – Värikäs Ravintola!

The Polish stand, one of the twenty participants in this event, has long been known for its delicious treats – dumplings – pierogi, and above all, its excellent Polish baking treats. They have become so popular that our talented board member of the Polish Association in Northern Finland – Agnieszka Sallinen, shared the story with a reporter from the local newspaper Kaleva about the creation of her famous cake, which has become a sensation among the guests of the Colorful Restaurant – Malinowa Chmurka (Raspberry Cloud).

Our Polish booth is so popular that we are very eager to participate in this event again next year!
