On November 29, 2024, a culinary workshop titled “Modern Polish Cuisine” took place at Pohjois-Pohjanmaan Martat ry in Oulu, organized by the Association of Poles in Northern Finland. A small but enthusiastic group of participants explored modern interpretations of Polish cuisine.
The workshop was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Participants not only cooked together but also shared their experiences and culinary ideas. The highlight of the event was the tasting of the prepared dishes, which were met with great appreciation.
The project “Polish Community Events in Northern Finland” is funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland as part of the competition “Polonia and Poles Abroad 2024 – Polish Community Events and Initiatives.”
